I loved the exceptional cleanliness and how securely I felt with the bell system for entering the rooms. The central location meant I was just steps away from the bustling attractions, making my stay truly enjoyable.
The room was very small.

The location is prime, just steps from bustling Sol. My room was impeccably clean, and the daily housekeeping staff did a fantastic job. I appreciated the efficient air conditioning, essential during warmer days. However, the noise levels were quite disruptive, especially with street disturbances going well past 3 AM. The room was a bit cramped, especially for two, and the lack of soundproofing made it hard to relax. Plus, access to the rooms involves navigating stairs since the elevator doesn’t reach all floors, which can be tiring. Overall, it has its strengths and some room for improvement.

amazing location, properly functioning Wi-Fi, efficient air conditioning
The elevator is extremely cramped, limiting access to one person at a time!!! The hairdryer overheats too quickly, and the shampoo and bath gel sizes are disappointingly small!!! Not enough room to move in the single rooms!!!

We loved the lively atmosphere and the prime location near Puerta del Sol. With our two small kids, having easy access to local attractions like the nearby playground made our stay enjoyable. Plus, the AC kept us cool after our adventures.
In my wife’s opinion, the noise from the busy square made it tough for the kids to sleep at night.
