The hotel had a marvelous location only a short distance to Main Square. I truly enjoyed the fact that it was a 5-minute walk from the subway. The staff were amiable and amicable all the time. My room included central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV.

Particularly good location near Prado museum. Also - so close to the metro and train station, the "Center " of Madrid and the plaza. Neat, recently refurbished unit with a window to the inner patio, and helpful staff:)))

I got great value for my money at Hostal Victoria I. The room was even better than the photos and it was clean. The location was perfect, just steps away from Sol metro station, which made it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel breakfast could have been better with more variety and options.

When I am in Madrid, I like staying here. I have just returned from a really really nice stay in this good basic hotel, well-kept rooms. Very helpful and excellent people that welcomes you in. Its location is incredible, so close to Plaza del Sol and a huge El Corte Ingles and which is visibly popular.

Fairly clean, excellent value hotel, the location was comfy and ideal close enough to train station, and beside a lot of commerces...

We had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel just steps away from the bustling metro in the heart of Puerta del Sol. The location couldn't have been more perfect for exploring the city. The facilities were clean and modern, and although there was no lounge area, we didn't mind as we were out and about most of the time. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a centrally located hotel without all the unnecessary extras. we had a great experience and would definitely return.

The staff was very helpful without being intrusive. The room was well-kept and with a decent breakfast. Everywhere was clean. The location was fantastic and stunning, not too far away from a huge plaza.

The room I stayed in was well-kept and had a fresh new look. 🌟 I enjoyed a decent breakfast and the sheets were clean. Plus, being within walking distance of a huge pedestrian-friendly square was amazing.

We had such a great time staying in the heart of the city, right in the main square. Being so close to the subway made exploring the city a breeze. The room was small but had everything we needed, including a comfy bed and a clean bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location couldn't have been better.

The elevator was a bit small and cramped, but it was manageable.
